Development of an Application for a Furniture Store

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to 1) design and develop an application
for a furniture store, and 2) study user feedback on the use of the application.
The application was developed using the Outsystems platform to enhance service efficiency, streamline customer product ordering, and reduce errors associated with traditional operation methodsof the Kiatkarn Furniture store. The feedback on the use of the application from 30 users was at a high level (Average= 4.01, S.D.=0.81).
