As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
Author Guidelines
1. Manuscript Preparation
To ensure a swift peer-review process and maintain consistent quality standards, authors are requested to prepare their manuscripts according to the following guidelines:
Software: Microsoft Word (.docx)
Article Length: Not exceeding 15 pages of A4 paper (including images and tables).
Citation Style:IEEE Numerical System.
Language: Key information (Title, Author Names, Abstract, and Keywords) must be provided in both Thai and English.
2. Downloads and Templates
When submitting a manuscript, authors are required to provide two separate documents:

3.1 Research Articles
Research articles should be organized in the following order:
Article Title: Must be concise and provided in both Thai and English.
Author Names: Provide the full names of all authors in both Thai and English.
Affiliations: Specify the department/organization, province, and postal code in both Thai and English.
Abstract: Required in both Thai and English, not exceeding 300 words. Include 3-5 Keywords in both languages.
Introduction: Describe the significance and background of the research, literature review or theoretical framework, relevant documents, and the research objectives.
Methodology: Explain the research procedures step-by-step, including experimental units, experimental design, equipment, methods, and statistical equations with explanations. Specify the location of the study or data collection site.
Results and Discussion: Present findings according to the research objectives and methodology. Discuss the findings by comparing them with previous studies and citing relevant literature.
Conclusion: Summarize the core findings of the research and/or the practical applications of the results.
Acknowledgements (Optional): A concise single paragraph acknowledging research funding sources, individuals, or organizations that provided assistance.
References: List all sources cited in the article using the IEEE numerical citation style.
3.2 Academic Articles
Academic articles should be organized in the following order:
Article Title: Must be concise and provided in both Thai and English.
Author Names: Provide the full names of all authors in both Thai and English.
Affiliations: Specify the department/organization, full address (sub-district, district, province), and postal code in both Thai and English.
Abstract: Required in both Thai and English, not exceeding 300 words. Include 3-5 Keywords in both languages.
Introduction: State the principles and rationale, background, or significance of the topic, including objectives, scope, and key definitions.
Main Content: Present content in a logical and continuous sequence. Utilize various presentation techniques such as graphs, charts, tables, or diagrams. Provide principled analysis and critique with accurate academic citations. Ensure correct language usage and spelling.
Conclusion: Summarize the key points of the topic. This may include the significance of the outcomes and their applications, or posing questions/issues for further development.
Acknowledgements (Optional): A concise single paragraph to thank relevant individuals or organizations.
References: List all sources cited in the article using the IEEE numerical citation style.
4. IEEE Citation Guidelines
4.1 In-text Citation
The journal follows the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) style. In-text citations are represented by numbers enclosed in square brackets, which correspond to the numbered list in the References section at the end of the manuscript.
Key Principles:
Sequential Numbering: Citations must be numbered consecutively, starting from [1] throughout the document.
Placement: Place the bracketed number at the end of the relevant sentence or phrase, on the same line as the text, before any punctuation.
Example: System efficiency and user satisfaction were evaluated using statistical methods [2].
Author Names: If an author's name is mentioned in the text, place the citation number immediately after the name.
Example (Two authors): Brown and Jones [3]...
Example (Three or more authors): Wood et al. [4]...
Repeated Citations: If a source is cited again later in the text, reuse the original number assigned to it.
Citing Multiple Sources:
Two sources: Separate the numbers with a comma.
Example: [1], [4]
Three or more consecutive sources: Use a hyphen to indicate the range.
Example: [3]–[5]
Multiple sources (Combined): Use a hyphen for ranges and commas for non-consecutive numbers.

4.2 Reference List Formatting

5. Manuscript Submission
Authors can submit their research or academic articles through the following channel:
Official Channel: Submission is accepted exclusively via the ThaiJO Online System.
Status Tracking: Authors can log in to the system to track the status of their manuscript 24 hours a day.
6. Peer Review and Editorial Decision
All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous quality assessment process:
Peer Review Process: Each article must be reviewed by at least three experts (Reviewers) in the relevant field.
Editorial Decision: The acceptance or rejection of a manuscript is based on the reviewers' recommendations and the Editorial Board's final decision. For an article to be published, it must be accepted by at least two out of the three reviewers.
Communication: All updates, including status notifications, revision requests, and formal acceptance, will be conducted primarily through the ThaiJO Online System.
