Abstract
The objectives of this research are 1) to expand knowledge about local herbal properties in Ubon Ratchathani province. 2) to provide and assess vocational training programs for the creation of herbal products. 3) to apply the research and development approach to conclude the vocational development training on local herbs. The tools of the research were divided into 2 types: 1) the vocational development training courses of herbal product development and 2) the data collection tools project and practice assessments. The activities focused on workshops and curriculum development in collaboration with the network sector such as houses, temples, and schools (Bowon). Results of the study of course effectiveness indicated that participants achieved objectives in all test skills. The average score of overall satisfaction level was 4.53±0.23. The highest score (4.58±0.59) was found in the part of the training benefits followed by training, management and lecturers, the average scores were 4.52±0.61, 4.51±0.49, and 4.48±0.60 respectively. On the other hand transcription of lessons learned on vocational training, and development of herbal products. It has that the practice raises awareness of local wisdom the value of herbs activists and marketers.
