Abstract
This study was conducted to: (1) To study the physical context of Huai Kut Daeng Reservoir. (2) To study the activities of using water for agriculture in the dry season of members of the Huai Kut Daeng Reservoir irrigation water users association. (3) To analyze the economic returns to water use in the dry season for members of the Huai Kut Daeng Reservoir irrigation water users association is a Mix Method research. The target group includes 5 water management committee members, 5 government agency officials, and 126 water user group members. Huai Kut Daeng Reservoir is located at Village No. 1, Hua Chang Subdistrict, Chaturaphak Phiman District. Roi Et Province flows through a total of 5 villages, able to deliver water to farmers for agriculture 2,098 rai. It was constructed in 1953. Budget for construction costs 1,431,297 baht, created by the Royal Irrigation Department The most common dry season agricultural activities include sweet corn, leafy vegetables, and animal feed. The water use productivity of the three types of plants were 8.6, 105.8, and 31.2 baht per cubic meter, respectively, with the average water use productivity of the three types of plants being 48.5 baht per cubic meter.
