Results of Germinated Rice Cultured with Pleurotus ostreatus in Korat Breed Chickens Feed

Abstract
This experiment aimed to study the amount of germinated rice cultured with P. ostreatus that was substituted in Korat Breed Chickens feed. The experiment was based on Completely Randomized Design. There were 4 treatments each treatment contained 4 replications. There were eight 28 days mixed sexes Korat Breed Chickens in each replication. The experiment duration was 4 weeks. The experiment found that chicken feed substituted with 3, 6, and 9 percent of germinated rice cultured with P. ostreatus did not affect growth, feeding rate, food conversion ratio, and feed digestibility (P>0.05). Therefore, it is concluded that germinated rice cultured with P. ostreatus can be substituted in boiler feed for up to 9 percent
