การบริหารจัดการเพื่อรับมือกับภัยคุกคามความมั่นคงของประเทศไทยในยุคดิสรัปชั่น

จากการวิเคราะห์พบว่า ความท้าทายที่ต้องเผชิญกับภัยคุกคามในปัจจุบันไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นเฉพาะในหน่วยงานภาครัฐหรือวงการวิชาการแต่ยังกระทบต่อบุคคลและชุมชนทั่วโลก หากพิจารณาอย่างลึกลงจะพบว่าเหตุผลและกลไกสำคัญของปัญหาความมั่นคงมาจากการพัฒนาในด้านต่างๆ ของสังคมมนุษย์ โดยเฉพาะการพัฒนาและการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยีที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วในปัจจุบัน เพราะเทคโนโลยีเป็นเครื่องมือในการพัฒนาและการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่มีบทบาทสำคัญในการสร้างภูมิทัศน์ทางการเมือง สังคม และเศรษฐกิจที่เชื่อมโยงกันอย่างแยกไม่ได้ ทำให้หน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบต้องเผชิญกับความซับซ้อนและความสับสนอย่างต่อเนื่อง ดังนั้นการประสานงานระหว่างหน่วยงาน การสร้างความเข้าใจในสังคม การพัฒนานโยบายและกฎหมาย และการสร้างพื้นที่สาธารณะที่ปลอดภัยมีบทบาทสำคัญในการสร้างความมั่นคงที่ยั่งยืน และช่วยให้หน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบสามารถเผชิญหน้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน โดยการประสานงานและการรวมกันระหว่างหน่วยงานต่างๆ ในการสร้างความมั่นคงในทุกมิติของสังคมและเศรษฐกิจในยุคปัจจุบัน
