บทความนี้เป็นการรวบรวมและเรียบเรียงสมบัติการหารลงตัว สมบัติการหารลงตัวอย่างแท้จริงด้วยกำลังของจำนวนในลำดับฟีโบนัชชี (Fibonacci sequence) ลำดับลูคาส์ (Lucas sequence) และ ลำดับที่เป็นความสัมพันธ์เวียนเกิด (Recurrence relation) อื่น ๆ และ สมบัติอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาสมบัติการหารลงตัวและการหารลงตัวอย่างแท้จริงด้วยกำลังของจำนวนในลำดับลูคาส์ชนิดที่หนึ่ง (Lucas sequence of the first kind) และชนิดที่สอง (Lucas sequence of the second kind) ซึ่งสมบัตินี้มีผู้ที่ศึกษาและพัฒนาเป็นจำนวนมากและใช้ระยะเวลายาวนาน โดยสมบัตินี้เริ่มเป็นที่สนใจและได้รับการพัฒนาในปี ค.ศ. 1970 และเสร็จสมบูรณ์ในปี ค.ศ. 2021 รวมเป็นระยะเวลา 51 ปี
