พฤติกรรมการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยว ของคนเจเนอเรชั่นแซด กรณีศึกษา นิสิต หลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการจัดการท่อง เที่ยวโรงแรมและอีเวนต์

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยว และและเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของปัจจัยด้านประชากรศาสตร์ที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมดังกล่าวของคนเจเนอเรชั่นแซด กรณีศึกษา นิสิตหลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการจัดการท่องเที่ยว โรงแรมและอีเวนต์ คณะอุตสาหกรรมบริการ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน จำนวน 310 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ Independent Samples t-test และ One-Way ANOVA ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวในช่วงเวลา 18.01–24.00 น. เข้าใช้งานวันละ 5 ครั้งขึ้นไป ใช้เวลามากกว่า 4 ชั่วโมงต่อวัน และนิยมใช้ TikTok มากที่สุด พฤติกรรมการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยด้านการรับรู้ประโยชน์จากการท่องเที่ยวมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาคือด้านการเปิดรับข้อมูล การเปิดรับประสบการณ์ และการแสวงหาข้อมูล ตามลำดับ ส่วนผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า เพศและชั้นปีส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติในทุกด้าน ขณะที่อายุและรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนส่งผลแตกต่างกันเฉพาะด้านการรับรู้ประโยชน์จากการท่องเที่ยวอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
